Pros
I work with some great people, and have a good direct manager. We get a week of PTO in December as well.
Cons
This company has been doing everything they can to slash their budgets/ save money. They cut tools that help us do our jobs well, and even some tools we actually need to do the job right, replacing them with free ones. They are outsourcing more and more to contractors to get cheap and fast work done, making their employees jobs much worse. They buy up and squeeze the value out of smaller companies, and have no onboarding for those employees - we end up wasting so much time and money in the name of saving time and money. Everything needs to be done "yesterday", but once you start working on it can be dropped with no notice. A lot of people are stressed trying to keep up with all the indecision and confusion, but I learned over the last year that you just can't care too much what the managers say because they aren't engineers and don't actually know what work needs to be done.
