Pros
Lots of innovation, it's fast-paced and interesting, new HR director making a positive impact and bringing in good employee focused initiatives, lots of scope to learn and a bunch of amazing people to work with. Really friendly and welcoming environment
Cons
Post acquisition of a couple of companies in a short space of time last year there's been a lot of work to merge the different companies, their cultures and products together. However, a lot of headway has been made.
