Pros

Before this company went public it had a vision to foster entrepreneurial talent.

Cons

the entire culture changed. They are constantly losing accounts for lack of relationship strengths due to lack of engagement. They DO NOT service retailers professionally, they DO NOT see the value of the current portfolio of retailers because they honestly DO NOT have seasoned customer facing, industry experts who can grow, manage, professionally work with retailers. They are only focused on the bottom line to please wall street. Did you ever see the movie "Titanic?" Remember when the ship was sinking, and there was a scene that showed all of the rats on the lower decks heading for higher ground? That is the current state of the company as the last 5 days they have shed 25% of stocks worth $600 Million. Big disruption internally. No real strategy. They need to clean house and investigate the one person that took them public that has sunk every company he took public prior….

Thanks for your feedback! The bottom line is important and will always be important - we can not pretend that this is going to change as a public company BUT if we lose accounts and don't make our partners success our success - the bottom line will suffer. I know every meeting I attend is about how to make our accounts more effective at reaching their business objectives. We have made several important acquisitions recently to give more service to our partners. Thanks again for your thoughts - we think about this all the time.

Pros

Good management, bonus opportunities, training

Cons

The pay is low. Staffing isn’t enough to meet workload, no performance based raises for entry level employees, and very few promotions available
