Pros

Great atmosphere and supportive team Good salary for the position They care about their employees

Cons

Lack of development within the team, even though promotions are easy to get they do not result in a big change in everyday responsibilities. Not enough training on how to handle difficult conversations, and difficult to know where to tread the line between standing up for oneself as an agent and appeasing the angry customer.
