I was excited to join Blackbaud...The training was decent (not product focused by great Solution Selling Training review)...but as I stepped into my role I realized that I had walked into an odd culture. I learned that many changes had taken place at the beginning of the year that made it harder and harder to sell in an Enterprise role. Morale was down and a few employees were bullies. I had one employee complain when I got a sale because he was jealous. It's unfathomable to work with a team that doesn't work together because they are so afraid of PIPs and micromanagement. Managers don't have your back and will stab you in the back on the ENT team.
