Pros

Co-workers are great, with real teamwork among peers. The clients are what makes everyone stay in spite of the ridiculous managers, executive decisions, and low pay.

Cons

Managers are simply managers, not leaders. They manage teams but have no idea about the work the team does and there is a lack of respect because of this. The most mediocre people stay and brilliant, talented people are cut loose. If you are interested in working with dying, poorly maintained products, then this is your place. If you want to stagnate your career and learn nothing, apply here. The pay is low and the bonuses are not available until 14 months later. If you leave, you leave 2 years' worth of $ on the table. The pay is lower than other tech companies. There is a notable lack of diversity in the company. They talk a good game of inclusiveness but really don't deliver when it comes to hiring. On a plus side, women are in leadership roles, on the opposite of that, there is an element of misogyny from some managers.

Pros

Flexible remote work environment and good PTO

Cons

Extremely toxic sales culture here with boys club and clear favoritism. Sales director and VP are the reason for this as they are extremely unprofessional. Mass exodus is for a reason and unsure why HR is ignoring claims on sexism and favoritism with every female employee that seems to be leaving. No career growth or opportunities unless you are part of the boys club here as it is apparently and obvious. Ask the right questions before considering a job here. You are unable to be successful here with onboarding because of completely out of touch and delusional sales trainers. Seems like we are in a complete clown show here!
