      Pros

      People are great to work with, great market to serve, decent products

      Cons

      Blackbaud continues to charge more and more for products that are outdated with minimal functional enhancements. Customer satisfaction is not a top priority. Every decision is based on profit goals and the company has really lost sight of serving the customer.
