Not much I can think so

Flexible and accommodating for almost any requests or preferences. Very family friendly and understanding. Co-workers are all easy to get along with and create a good "team" attitude. Office location near many major roads, shopping and a tremendous amount of restaurants. Excellent Benefit pkg. Management will always try to work out a win-win for all involved.

Need to be self-motivated and initiate action before being told. Too many issues can create a backlog if you are not a pro-active person - small staff means you are responsible for your work and whatever extra it may entail.
