Positive work environment but pastries need improvement - General Manager Black Sheep Coffee Employee Review

I love the mission and overall branding of this company and can tell quickly why the larger corporate coffee shops such as Starbucks, Dunkin, and Dutch Bros are starting to take notice. I foresee Black Sheep Coffee expanding quickly in the United States and doing quite well, which is great for career growth opportunities.

The training to open our brand new location felt extremely rushed. We trained as one large group and there was more listening and watching verses hands on practice.
