      Pros

      - Ability to work remotely - Supremely talented team of very senior engineers and designers that really care about the work they do - Opportunity to work on a wide range of products from startups to Fortune 500 companies - Flexibility in establishing your daily schedule - Competitive pay and good benefits

      Cons

      - It's client services - sometimes business is booming, other times it's slow - You need to be able to work independently - the remote model isn't the right fit for everyone
