The few smart people remaining are great to work with and genuinely know their stuff.
Cons
Leadership is lost, the tool their investing heavily into is dying and doesn't keep up with industry trends. Leadership refuses to engage with consulting, wants us gone ASAP, but is incapable of doing that, so everyone is stuck in limbo while attrition reduces talent pool to nothing.
