Pros
It's a job. There are some great people to work with. Unfortunately they don't outnumber those who are not. Peers claim the benefits are great. My experience, I don't think so. It's a large company so it's easy to be lost if you're someone who abhors notice or spotlight. If you are easily satisfied or like to drift by in the anonymity of a large corporation this is the job for you.
Cons
Stagnant pay. Bonus... not anymore. Training, that's gone too. Performance completely unrecognized. Management responsibility is thrust on the employee as if it's a privilege to do their work. Expectation is that you're on call 24x7 and because you have no life you can go where they point at a moments notice. If you as an employee don't have enough resources or time to complete your work well that must be a fault of the employee not management.
