Too many to point out- but I can say it was my worst decision to accept their job offer. 1. Big fraud company.. Didn't paid 2 months salary. 2. Its nothing like corporate here.. Its kind of school or institution where management is the only one who decides all strict rules.. 3. No holidays even on fixed public holidays like gandhi jayanti, elections days ( not even half day) 4. No cafeteria.. They will force you to have your food between 1.30 to 2.30 pm as they will set up tables and stools in corridor like road side food stall. 5. VERY VERY STRICT LEAVE POLICY - For emergency holidays also you have to mention 15 days prior to HR. It doesn't matter if there's any demise in family. 6. Recently in the month of june they had laid off 100 plus employees from company none of them got remuneration till date. I have worked at more than 5 corporate companies in professional environments and this is the far most cutthroat organisation I ever worked with.

I'm currently working as a business analyst for about a year now. This company is growing and it has got a great roadmap ahead with some awesome out of the box products. Overall experience has been great, and I would certainly recommend working for Bitstreet. Here are a few pros: - Innovative projects to work on - projects based on new and upcoming technologies - culture of creativity and hard work - work is recognized and appreciated - very supportive atmosphere - no micro management - every one is very approachable, can approach anyone from the senior management as well as the founders for any issue - flexible timings

Nothing as of now. The company is doing good and have good people in the management.
