Pros
There are food deliveries from Costco and Trader Joe's weekly but doesn't count as a lunch unless you're a fan of microwaving frozen meals. The product is somewhat good competitively but the competitors have way bigger budgets for running their companies so market value is really low.
Cons
The leaders make questionable decisions that they inform the workers of much later in their quarterly business updates. Most people quit or leave the company within months because there is not much of a future here. The benefits are minimum but they make you act happy about them. The CEO's communication with the entire team is equivalent to that of a child. He will email the entire company when someone leaves with no context and no appearance to save face. He is not even respected in the market.
