Pros
You can listen to music or anything you like while driving. Even when it's busy, it's not super stressful work. App is fairly easy to work with. Training is quick and easy.
Cons
Honestly, probably just the extra wear on mileage on your car, I'm easily putting about 450 miles a week on now with driving. Be prepared and take good care of your vehicle.
