I think this company should concentrate more energy and time to keep its employees . I was kicked out of this company because of authority abuse . You spend your time working hard and at the end of the day your supervisor meets the president to tell her that all your job and ideas comes from her . When you go to see the president , instead of trying to understand the problem and fix it , she believes the supervisor and decides to kick you out even if she knows that you are a hard worker . More than that , they offer you money to shut up your mouth and not to criticize the company . Because she knows that you are a very good employee and that you have a lot of experience , your supervisor decides to limit your job to stupid simple duties and will take 80% of your job especially the logistic part so that you feel unable to move forward and prove to the company administration that you are a efficient , reliable employee . Having fun , lunch does not mean we are a good company
