Pros
New CEO, expansive/ ambitious vision, a great mix of talent pulled from top finance and crypto firms, a culture that expects critical thinking and rewards hard work and outside-of-the-box thinking. Crypto firms run the gamut in terms of culture these days, but 100x is a great mix for people new to the industry. It’s not buttoned up or stuffy (one extreme, and probably the reason why you want to find a new job in the first place) but it’s also very well run unlike so many less developed start ups. Overall, highly recommend.
Cons
They have some well publicised controversies which makes them seem like a slightly ‘rogue’ entity to outsiders, but your perception will change if you meet people actually working there.
