      Pros

      No reason to work here. If you think, you will die in hunger without job, only then I would suggest you to join.

      Cons

      No workLife balance. Rude management. CEO uses slung to the developers for slightest excuse. Non tech people handles Deadline and argues with developers. You have to work after office time, 5.30 PM everyday. Working extra hours is normal. If you take leave after office time(5.30 PM) , they will mark you ,will argue with you that you are not working properly. 8am to 7 Pm is very normal here. The developers resign from here frequently. No one stays here.

      - Salaries are paid on time. - Occasional recognition if you are favored by management. - Full Work from home, but be ready for long meetings and weekend work without extra pay.

      Cons

      - Leadership is constantly micromanaging and verbally abusive. - There is no proper SDLC, documentation, or planning; processes are chaotic and inconsistent. - HR exists only in theory and fails to resolve conflicts or protect employees. - Expect constant interruptions and weekend work despite being remote. - Knowledge is hoarded by a few, leaving juniors and others in confusion. - Loyalty and recognition are based on favoritism, not actual skills or results. - BA employees get assigned QA tasks while QA employees get assigned BA tasks. If you fail, you get publicly shouted at. - Non-technical PMs are running projects, causing confusion and poor decision-making. - No training or onboarding for freshers; you are expected to join and start working immediately.
