      -- work life flexibility -- fully remote culture -- product is amazing to sell

      Cons

      -- leaders change constantly, we have had 6 CSO in my 2 years at company -- quotas as a joke, on average 10 people hit quota monthly across the entire sales org -- getting a raise is a joke so dont expect any cost of living or any increases, even over performers dont get sr titles
