      Pros

      The engineering team works hard. Like the challenge. There are so many people that are willing to go the extra mile to help you grow and improve as an engineer. BirdEye CEO is solid, has a lot of energy and vision for the company.

      Cons

      There are some people who say that the work life balance isn't the best. I definitely agree that some of the teams work a lot, but not all.
