      -Great team to work with, everyone is happy to help. -Great product -Leadership is knowledgeable and wonderful to learn from.

      Cons

      A couple of growing pains, but nothing that the leadership team isn't aware of and actively pursuing a solution for. The pros sufficiently outweigh any cons.
