Pros
As said before the DNA is strongly product and engineering. Running at 300% YoY there's no space or time for BS. Doers have the chance to make a difference, everyday. The company encourages feedback and pretty much everyone has a voice about making things better.
Cons
Because of the fast pace of growth many issues are figured out and solved along the way. But I guess that is pretty common for fast growing startups.
