Pros
Pros: The work environment is really healthy and people are easy to work with | The company is transparent about your compensation and your performance.
Cons
Cons: The responsibilities could be overwhelming especially during salary survey publication. Once you get to BG-5, the progress to become a BG-6 is slow and most people would resign before they even reach BG-6, hence the lack of them.
