Cons
1. Car Parking- No car parking facility of new joiners as it is already full 2. Leave Policy- Just 5 CL's for a whole calendar year. Every company has minimum 12 CL's or SL's. 3. Salary date is 5th of every month- Expectation of salary credit is mostly at the end or the first day of the next month but here you need wait till 5th to get your hard earned money credited to your account. 4. Middle Management- Your manager will treat you as their inherited slave, warnings were given on the first of week of your joining and God knows what will happen next... If you want to take an emergency leave due to some urgency in your family, then you need to apologize to the entire hierarchy starting from your manager till the end and so on.. finally warnings will be given to you..
