Pros
It is amazing working for a company that I feel secure in, confident in my team, and appreciated. I love coming to work every day and never feel like I am 'working'. I am just grinding away with people I genuinely enjoy.
The leadership here is amazing. Chris and Mark are so hands on and always there to help. Tyler and Bec are amazing trainers and leaders who always lend extra help. My direct boss, Alexis, is a genius in the space with a heart of gold. I know I can count on her and I couldn't imagine a better boss.
The work-life balance is amazing as is the company culture.
As a mother it is nice to have a job where my son comes first every day and I am still successful at work. There is a lot to say about a company that values your time and family as much as they do their success. The PTO options are also very good and lend to family time.
I think it is also a very goal oriented company where there is a chance for high success if you work hard. Every recruiting job I have had requires hard work. This job doesn't want you working 24 hours. They want you to work hard and efficiently during hours and to get results. I love being here for that reason!
Cons
It is a small company we are building from the ground up. Engtal is larger and offers a lot of support, but there are normal and expected growing pains as we become established. Not a negative for me at all, but something to note. You will have to work very hard.
