Sorry to hear about your bad experience while working at Biorev. We really aim to provide a healthy culture and free environment for all our employees. We understand that the employees are the real asset to the company and without their contribution, we would never achieve success.
Just to protect your identity we would not address you by your name. However, we hired your services as Architectural project manager. Right from the first day, we had set our expectations in front of you and had guided you at each path. However, we were really shocked when we saw CCTV footages where you were found using foul language and showing an unacceptable behavior. there were several instances when the junior artist had come to us complaining about you that you along with another project management were pressurizing them to work less so in order to decrease the production of the company.
Since we have a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for such kind of behavior/act we had to take the decision to terminate your services. You were TERMINATED BECAUSE OF MISCONDUCT AND NOT FOR NON-PERFORMANCE. The night when we terminated you, we had called you for a meeting where you had confessed of all wrongdoings on the recorded meeting line.
Even after all this incident, we did not spread or shared this negative feedback with your current employer during the background check process, since we thought that it would hamper your career.
