Dear former colleague, Thank you very much for taking your time to rate BIOMIN on Glassdoor. We are sorry, that the IT position was not up to your expectation. In general, Regional IT Specialist is a position with a quite wide scope. It reaches from first level support and network maintenance to - depending on the level of experienced of the individual - the opportunity to work on international IT projects together with corporate IT in Austria (Europe). As we normally only have one or two IT Specialists per region the individual is required to manage their own workload. Our subsidiaries in e.g. North America in total have just under 100 employees that this position supports and we continue to double our size every 2-3 years. Including the perspective to also have a growing IT team. Considering this, your constructive feedback was most valuable to pay extra attention to the job description in the course of the recruiting process.
