Pros
Pay is great if you speak English. There is no attendance policy so alot of people show up late or leave early.
Cons
No bonus, no breaks only 30 minute lunch, no training, no communication. No support. There are so many issues with this place. Majority of production doesn't speak, read or write English. People will literally eat your lunch right from your lunch box, like it belongs to them. There is always rumors of lines shutting down due to poor quality.
