Too much high expectations, not even giving 1 month to new employees to understand the company guidelines, lots of small things to to take care of during day to day work, new employees are not appreciated, they expect everyone to be a robot & follow there orders. They don’t even let you take 15 min breaks and overload you with work from others and daily routines.
