Poor leadership at many levels beginning with leadership team. High turnover that is concealed, trending at 15% and above. Questionable ethical practices and misrepresentation of data. Clinical organization contains a sweat shop mentality that requires a serve the boss mentality--little to no job autonomy, employees are experiencing high levels of stress and overwork. Results of employee and EHS stress surveys are buried and not acted upon. Lurches from one initiative to the next--including the latest work on lean and simple that does not have leadership committee alignment or support. Massive exit of leadership team over the last 12 months--differences over direction and strategy and accuracy of data. HR is a political cesspool where people are broken into political camps and knee jerk from one flavor of the month to the next.
