Where once the company was delivering new products at a fast pace is now strapped by compliance issues. Recently just merged with a new company - Company lost it soul.

Most of the employees (that are left, after several lay-offs) have been working with each other for many years and there is a sense of comradery among colleagues. Unfortunately, that does not extend to management.

After several acquisitions, Biodex has lost it's great reputation. The latest acquisition from Mirion to Salona Global has been absolutely awful. Salona clearly does not care about Biodex as a company or as a brand. They are diversifying their money and putting it all into their other companies, while Biodex is financially suffering. Bills aren't getting paid; nearly every supplier has us on credit hold; and Salona doesn't really seem to care or do anything about it. Upper management (CEO, CFO, etc), appears to be enjoying the view as they stand on the shore and watch the SS BIODEX sink.
