Best Job Ever ! - Certified Pharmacy Technician Biocurerx Employee Review

I have worked for Biocure RX for almost 7 months, and they are the best company I've ever worked for. My managers are all incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. They are always more than happy to help with questions (even ones that feel silly!), and I always feel very well supported by leadership. I have yet to speak to a single person within this company that doesn't sound like a ray of sunshine. Even when things went sour at one of the clinics Biocure had a contract with and the management there began to target me, my bosses at BioCure always believed me, had my back, and defended me, and they did everything within their power to protect me. They are understanding about disabilities/random emergencies, and they have only ever boosted my confidence as a nurse. I love this company, and I highly recommend them!

You don't really have guaranteed hours as patients can be added or removed from the schedule, and since it's per diem, there aren't any PTO or health insurance benefits - but this is less of an issue with the company and more a side effect of any per-diem job.
