None. Join only if you are in a dire need of a job. They'll just about hire anyone willing to join at a lower salary than industry standards.
Cons
-MD/CEO keeps harping about becoming one of the "top 3 biosimilars" company, with no strategic long term plan to get there. - No benchmarking with industry standards. Outdated systems, outdated business practices. The amount of paper used (wasted) in their offices in today's digital world is criminal. - Organizational business processes and Cross-functional engagement is not adequate to achieve the desired goal of becoming "Top 3 Biosimilars company". -Some business enabling functions are like government offices. Some employees literally don't have/do any work, with zero accountability. Senior management doesn't seem to bat an eye about such low performing employees. -Suggestions to change/improve are not welcome. Management isn't doing anything either to challenge the status quo. This is not sustainable for the business in the long run. -Politics, Favoritism and Preferential treatment is at play at large scale. -Challenge the status quo and you'll be made a Pariah.
