Learn SP, and salary, easy job

Cons

340b program is not together, 3people running it, no CRM. You do everything told, give suggestions, attempts at contacting prior contacts to sign up, going above and beyond and then one day not a good fit with how the program is progressing. Seems like bad leadership no directions, it’s bad when you ask the manager if they did something and they say oh.. no, let me do that. Doesn’t take weeks to complete tasks in any job. Read others reviews... they are growing because they clean house and hire/fire...

Pros

Fully Remote (against their wishes tho) Manager is very proactive and willing to teach

Cons

Company culture: no one matters we’re all replaceable raises have been 0.5% for 3 years despite receiving the highest ratings in performance reviews They don’t listen to employees before implementing major changes leading to massive oversights and issues with workflow, Micromanaged to oblivion they track your movements using 3 different software systems, HR implemented a system for PTO which in practice means you can’t use your PTO, Bonuses were cut in half with the Elevance merger and are now frankly insulting No opportunity to advance, only to leave your position for another team
