As of now because everything is done in-house from design to manufacture to advertising to sales, its beneficial to see how all of the facets operate however this is due to change from a recent acquisition by Johnson&Johnson. R&D Intern Engineers have many opportunities to apply skills given how far they want to push themselves. Overall a fun work environment.
