Possibility to work remotely. Flexible working hours.

1) Interpersonal relationship generates favoritism for “special employees”. CEO married to Head of Clinical Operation and CSO married to Head of Translational Research. No career opportunity. 2] Annual bonus is restricted to executive management and a few “special employees”. 3] CMO works in isolation and does not promote scientific development. No background in hemato-oncology and has limited background in solid tumors, resulted in no clinical development strategy. 4] No biotech mindset. Layback and slow progress. 5] Limited experience with regulatory environment. No experience with Heath Authorities requirements in the field of oncology. 6] Slim preclinical and translational research to back up clinical findings.
