Pros

- People are friendly to work with, liked people I directly worked with - Some career opportunities

Cons

- Minimal salary increases to match output - No bonus despite record months in revenue for some regions, felt like output from staff wasn't acknowledged or worth it - Used to receive vouchers and free lunches and better acknowledgement of hard work but that disappeared - Lack of training and support, denied training when asked - Often told to do more for less and revenue was the only thing that was ever important to management - created stress and concerns in many teams - Constantly bringing in new projects that are not thought out - The company is so focused on being sold that it forgets its employees who create the revenue - Different teams treated differently

Pros

Hybrid work. Snacks in the office

Cons

This company is a place where you will gain experience quickly, but mainly because you are forced to handle an unsustainable workload with very little support. The IT team was responsible for supporting around 700 users with only three technicians. After staffing changes, that number was reduced even further, creating situations where one person could be responsible for hundreds of users. There was no realistic contingency plan if someone had an emergency or needed time off. Management lacked transparency and focused almost exclusively on “crushing tickets” rather than addressing the root causes of the workload, improving processes, or ensuring proper staffing. Leadership from the service delivery side was weak and did not provide the guidance or support the team needed. Salary increases were minimal (around $0.50) regardless of performance, and there was no clear path for advancement. Hard work and good performance were not meaningfully recognized. This is a place where you can learn a lot in a short time due to the pressure, but it is not a place to build a long-term career.
