High turnover due to executive leadership throwing their weight around. Individuals are not recognized by the work they do, but by the alliances they make within the organization. This place is a prime example of how corporate politics can ruin employee morale. The CIO, COO...or whatever he calls himself these days, is unable to stick with a plan and constantly blames others for his short comings. This said executive has also done plenty of personal travel to Las Vegas on the company dime claiming its for business purposes.
Good business ethics are non-existent and the "I'm better than all" ego is running the company into the ground from the top up. Leadership asks employees for their opinions and input, but they don't do anything to try to make things better. If someone in the management team does stick up for their staff to executive leadership, then their head is next in line on the chopping block. Executive leadership does not respect any of their staff nor do they lead by example.
