Go literally anywhere else instead - Anonymous employee Bio-tiful Dairy Employee Review

Hideously toxic work environment of bullying and micro-management where staff are constantly undermined. People are hired as 'specialists' but then their professional opinions are ignored, strategy changed without informing the team. Information is used as a weapon, with favouritism shown to people in the 'know', and secrets being rife.   I strongly reiterate the other reviewer's comments on the Founder (and I am sure NOT all from the same person as she continually claims). She is instrumental in creating the negative and hostile work environment. If you want proof, I suggest you read her replies to the other reviewers, dismissing them out of hand (including bringing up an employee's performance review as an 'excuse' for their negative review) and being as condescending as usual. I imagine soon there'll be a similar comment under this review, claiming that she know's who I am and attempting to invalidate my experience in working at bio-tiful.   I note that all the reviews on here are either 1 stars or 5 stars (a clear sign that something is amiss), with the 5 star reviews being written by Heads of Departments and a contractor who may well need references. Please do not believe them. When I left the business, many staff in the business messaged me to congratulate me - not on my new job but on my 'escape' (their word not mine). The massive staff turnover speaks for itself.   If you enjoy being micro-managed and belittled, then this is the company for you!
