Solid science, healthy pace of change through M&A activity and process improvement, nice on-site gym @ Minneapolis location with free yoga classes & other classes, close free covered parking ramp, standing desks available
Cons
Some of the long-time employees have a lingering "we've always done it this way, therefore no change is needed", though that is improving. Profit-sharing limited to the higher management tiers.
