Pros

There are no pros! I repeat, THERE ARE NO PROS AT BIO SB!

Cons

There are too many problems with their work ethic and culture. 1. NEPOTISM - it runs deep at Bio SB. Management notoriously hires family members and friends who have no professional experience. They keep their incompetent friends and family and instead upper management regularly terminates good and ethical professionals. Bio SB has one of the most extreme toxic work cultures where people disrespect each other, stab peers in the back, but will always save face and be nice to your face. Beware though, they will talk negatively behind your back. Beware of people acting as wolves in sheep clothing or you will fall victim to the blood thirsty suspects. 2. FAVORITISM: Every department manager has their own favorite employee and if you’re not the favorite, then consider yourself disposable and expendable. Your manager will compare you to their favorites and you'll NEVER receive appreciation, respect, or support. 3. WASTE OF TIME: Management wastes time until very last minute and then they will demand help on last minute projects at lightning fast speeds. BIO SB IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! 4. SET YOU UP FOR FAILURE: Beware that upper management will throw you in the deep end without proper training and they will watch you sink. Be careful when they say this because it’s a lie. They will NEVER train you properly and instead you will be set up for FAILURE. 5. UPPER MANAGEMENT HAS NO PROFESSIONALISM. They all were hired for the wrong reasons. These managers will gaslight you, make you feel expendable, and discard you when they want to. If you are considering working at BIO SB, please do yourself a favor and DO NOT apply or work for this company. Take it from a former employee, I would absolutely NEVER recommend to work at Bio SB. THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR LIFE! If you happen to not value yourself or if you don’t care about your well being, then by all means work for Bio SB. But please, beware of the managers and fellow colleagues. Everyone is a wolf in sheep's clothing and they are all hypocrites and liars. DO NOT believe anything anyone tells you. Upper management doesn't know how to do their job. They will ruin your life and make you feel like you’re the problem. You’re not the problem, Bio SB is the problem. I repeat. YOU ARE NOT THE PROBLEM. BIO SB IS THE PROBLEM. If this review is taken down, it's an oblivious sign they will do anything to persevere their reputation. In fact, their reputation is TRASH.

Pros

You can listen to music, work-life balance isn't bad, coworkers are great.

Cons

A lot of good aspects of working at this company have slowly been stripped away, leading to poor morale (look at every other review) and an increasing frustration shared among many employees. We hardly get any holidays off. Workers are being stretched thin because too many projects are being taken on at once, all while employees' hard work fails to be recognized or commended in any meaningful way. The advice we receive from management feels incredibly unhelpful at best, sometimes outright condescending. Many processes that we follow are extremely inefficient and need significant revision, causing employees to need redo the same time-intensive task multiple times. Opportunities for growth occasionally present themselves, largely thanks to a high turnover rate, but even then, those opportunities are stripped from employees as the company struggles to keep its departments afloat.
