Pros

Pay on time Flexible work schedule

Cons

You're hired as a Customer Service Representative, but once in, you're juggling multiple roles, job descriptions are vague. Excessive micromanagement and no real organizational structure. No real opportunities for growth, there are no mid-level managers or department heads to grow into. It’s a flat structure where everything is centralized around the CEO, leaving no room for professional development or career progression. The CEO is essentially the head of HR, head of packaging, head of sales… she doesn't delegate responsibilities at all. The Quality Management System is poorly implemented. Most of the administrative work could easily be done in a hybrid format, but that's unthinkable here. You only get 10 vacation days per year, and there are no sick days. I saw coworkers forcing themselves to come in while seriously ill, just to avoid having their vacation days docked.

Pros

Flexible schedule (at least for sales roles) Opportunity for uncapped sales commission & sales territory growth Right place for a sales professional with entrepreneurial mindset & learning sales from scratch Opportunity to try multiple roles & self learn If you earn your stripes you will be respected and supported

Cons

If you are looking for an easy ride with no accountability, responsibility or contribution to growth of company, then you will be disappointed. Perks & benefits are not automatically guaranteed. You have to prove yourself and earn them.

Pros

Highly hands off - If you know what you're doing you're going to love how much freedom you have. Flexible hours - How much you work isn't important as much as what results you generate.

Cons

Lack of guidance - There really is no training and you're left rather directionless and have to rely on your own wits if you encounter difficulties.
