The opportunity for career development is certainly there once you have proven that you have the capabilities to contribute towards the growth of the business. I enjoy working with my colleagues at Bio Basic, I have complete flexibility – I work from home and manage my schedule. I am supported with entrepreneurial ideas and when I give feedback on areas where we can improve on, it is taken onboard.
Cons
If you are looking to work for company management with a prescriptive approach on how to "do" a Sales role, Bio Basic would not be a good fit. Bio Basic provide support and guidance from their experienced Sales professionals, but ultimately, they trust you to take your own initiative to achieve the expected results. You must be a self-starter - which isn't a good fit for everyone.
