Pros

Bio Basic empower their sales professionals to operate with autonomy; the incentive of uncapped commission motivates employees to input the time and hard-work, and to be creative and entrepreneurial to achieve results. Ultimately, "you get out of it what you put into it." The opportunity for career development is certainly there once you have proven that you have the capabilities to contribute towards the growth of the business. I enjoy working with my colleagues at Bio Basic, I have complete flexibility – I work from home and manage my schedule. I am supported with entrepreneurial ideas and when I give feedback on areas where we can improve on, it is taken onboard.

Cons

If you are looking to work for company management with a prescriptive approach on how to "do" a Sales role, Bio Basic would not be a good fit. Bio Basic provide support and guidance from their experienced Sales professionals, but ultimately, they trust you to take your own initiative to achieve the expected results. You must be a self-starter - which isn't a good fit for everyone.

Pros

Flexible schedule (at least for sales roles) Opportunity for uncapped sales commission & sales territory growth Right place for a sales professional with entrepreneurial mindset & learning sales from scratch Opportunity to try multiple roles & self learn If you earn your stripes you will be respected and supported

Cons

If you are looking for an easy ride with no accountability, responsibility or contribution to growth of company, then you will be disappointed. Perks & benefits are not automatically guaranteed. You have to prove yourself and earn them.

Pros

Highly hands off - If you know what you're doing you're going to love how much freedom you have. Flexible hours - How much you work isn't important as much as what results you generate.

Cons

Lack of guidance - There really is no training and you're left rather directionless and have to rely on your own wits if you encounter difficulties.
