Pros
If you are hard working and self motivated, there are opportunities to learn a ton of new skills and become more experienced. As long as you get your work done, management is generally pretty flexible and encouraging of work life balance
Cons
Roles are not clearly defined and leadership takes advantage of "additional tasks as needed" expectations. Scope creep is massive and they do not increase salary or title accordingly despite constantly increasing expectations and tasks. Managers will tell you to your face that you are doing great and reliable and they would like to promote you once the business grows enough to support it, however will repeatedly hire from outside to create the exact new leadership roles they told you they wanted to see created for you. Irresponsible spending has led this company to lose its reputation with many of its longtime customers and vendors as well as driven away many long time employees. Along with a revolving door of c-suite and senior management, Binsky is no longer the industry leader it used to be.
