Now the company is under the full control of the investors there is way too much red tape and bureaucracy. Many of the managers are simply there due to length of service. Most of the properly qualified guys have long gone leaving fresh graduates doing entry level jobs. Graduates are coming in on 12k a year so that says it all really.
It's a real shame that the now highest level don't practise what they preach. Guess they too are under unquestionable orders from the investors.
