      I work at Binary as Dynamics 365 developer. -the best culture and the leadership team is humble, respectful, understanding -employee friendly compnay -good place if you have to grow -not good for people if they do not want to work and just pass time -a lot of opportunity in D65 - people growing from developers to team lead - compensation is good - you get bonuses and perks and insurance - a lot of leaves we get -lot of fun activity we do virtual -monthly company meetings

      enjoying my work here maybe can work on more perks

In general, our process includes an annual review of market salary data in order to ensure our people are being paid fairly and we are in line with the market for tech companies in our region and of similar size.       Pros

      - Company cares for its people. They have a great culture and the workplace is very innovative. - Company has been growing year by year. - Leadership team is great and are always open to talk. - People here are very helpful and the communication between the teams is excellent. - Work-life is respected here.

      Cons

      No one is perfect but from my place I am not seeing any cons. Very happy at my job.
