-Low salary compared to the international market, they hire people in poor countries to pay less, but if you are living in a cheap country it can be good -There's no equal salary, different employees can get different salaries in the same role -No real benefits by being promoted. They say it's an ''internal transfer'' not a promotiom and your salary stay the same. However you get more responsabilities, different tasks and will be overwhelmed by the amount of workload - Unrealistic KPIs. They stablish an unrealistic KPI and at least in the compliance opeations department the ones who reached the target had to sacrifice the quality of their work ind order to do it. - The company doesnt value you. Me and over 1000 employees were fired by an automated message sent by BOT!!!! And the CEO is denying it on the social media. - The departments are compleately disorganized. Obviously in startups and tech companies everything can change overnight, but they didnt have even a SOP! No clear guidance, no QA criterias, we didnt have an official document, sometimes some procedures were updated via MESSAGE on a group chat and we had to gather pieces of information from differentes group's messages, old documents in google sheets/google documents. - The trainings were simply terrible! Normaly the agents couldnt understand anything and we had to help each other to understand the process during the workday. In one of thetraininngs I attended, the trainers started to discuss a process in front of everybody because even the trainers were not sure about the right guidance. - Sometimes I think the CEO is not that bad or dishonest, he just trusted his company to a real bad management. - I could write a book about how crazy and disorganized they are, which is really surprising considering the amount of money and users they hold.
