Pros
Working at Binance was one of the most dynamic experiences of my career. I had the opportunity to support employees and executives across multiple countries, manage complex administrative operations, coordinate international travel, oversee office operations, fixed assets, vendors, budgets, employee events, and cross-functional projects in a truly global environment. The level of autonomy is very high, allowing you to take ownership and make an impact quickly. I worked with talented colleagues from different cultures, learned to adapt in a fast-changing environment, and significantly developed my problem-solving, stakeholder management, and operational leadership skills. Compensation and remote work flexibility were also strong positives.
Cons
The pace is extremely fast, and priorities can change with little notice. Processes are not always fully documented, meaning teams often need to build solutions while executing. Depending on leadership and business needs, workload can become intense, requiring flexibility outside traditional working hours. Career paths could be more structured, and additional investment in documentation and standardized processes would improve efficiency. Chinese culture also impacts a lot.
