My experience at Bima Garage was incredibly rewarding, as it allowed me to deepen my understanding of my chosen field, Human Resource Management, while also gaining valuable exposure by contributing to the CRM team. One of the most significant highlights of my time there was not just conducting interviews but also successfully hiring candidates for various roles. This hands-on involvement in the recruitment process enhanced my skills in talent acquisition and decision-making, making it a truly enriching learning experience.

The downsides of my experience included often staying in the office until late hours without any acknowledgment for our efforts. We were expected to work beyond office hours without raising concerns, and taking leave for personal reasons would sometimes result in unnecessary taunts. These challenges, while difficult, taught me the importance of setting boundaries and recognizing the value of a supportive work environment.
