Although most interaction is with the client, if I need anything, Biltmore has always supported me. Their benefits are better than all other companies I have worked in the past. The pay is great, but the pay really comes from the client.

Switch health insurance companies annually to keep cost down. Every year I had to complete new health insurance enrollment forms. Co-pay kept going up HOWEVER Biltmore would reimburse you the difference almost quarterly after filling out reimbursement forms.

Pays vacation and holiday time for contractors, works hard to understand their employees' needs

health benefits aren't great (small company), sometimes bullied by company where contractors are placed
